The World Cup is around the corner. Are cities and states prepared?

In June, 11 U.S. cities will welcome millions for soccer’s World Cup. This year, the war in Iran and the Middle East, the impasse over ICE and Homeland Security funding, and the hesitance of foreigners to visit the U.S. are all creating problems.
