U.S. Supreme Court rules Ohio woman’s ‘reverse discrimination’ case should proceed

In a unanimous decision Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court has sided with an Ohio woman who claimed she was the victim of reverse discrimination by her employer. The justices determined the lower courts improperly forced her to clear a higher evidentiary burden and sent the case back for further hearings.
