Gun rights groups notch big court wins as Ohio legislative priority bill sits in limbo

Last week, gun rights groups got two big wins against the ATF in federal court. Gun rights groups used one of the ATF rules that has now been struck down to drive support for a controversial Ohio bill that’s still waiting for a vote.
